Ryuga Konoe (17 years old) - For someone who's gained a reputation as the resident asshole, more often than not he finds himself on the receiving end of harassment rather than dishing it out himself. Nobody is really sure how or where along the line it changed, but nothing he's said has done anything to clear things up. Not much is known about this sleazy delinquent, other than the fact that he had known Rin since childhood.
For whatever reason, he seems awfully close to Tsukiko's sister, Kagari.
