Lino Gaunter(Cyborg Axer) is one of the main characters in War of Existence, she's a cadet of the First Line Combat Unit of Division Six of the Saint Elite. She was the first person discovering Erste's plot and creator of the Scud Bullets.
Origin/Background[]
Lino is an underrated, unknown and unlucky warrior, unlike her sister, Roja, she takes her role in the Saint Elite very seriously.
Lino is a rookie Cadet of the First Line Combat Unit in the Saint Elite, being the vanguard as two handed axe wielder.
Lino discovered Erste's plot before the events in War of Existence took place, since then she has been a fugitive and enemy of the Saint Elite until the end of the Battle of the Saint Elite Tower.
She escaped the Saint Elite's headquarters fighting troops, which included a few Senior members such as BB, and the leader of her unit, Anzen.
After her escape, instead of thinking in her safety, and severely wounded, Lino rushed to South Peak to try and kill Azul to cut Erste's plan against Seki.
Personality[]
With the events in War of Existence, Lino proved to be one of the most courageous members in the Saint Elite, putting her duty and the safety of the world above her own life without hesitation.
Lino is respectful and righteous, she possess the pride of a knight who wants a fair fight and always tries to help others when in need.
These qualities however, represent her greatest weakness, as seen in her reckless actions that almost got her killed, not measuring the enemy forces and only wanting to do what's right.
She is easily hurt when someone makes fun of her physical appearance, as seen in her first encounter with BB in the game.

Lino looks like a short and skinny teenager, she's always seen wearing the black female cadet Combat Unit uniform, she has pale skin, long black hair and a tattoo on the right side of her forehead.

Cyborg Type natural abilities:
Jamming, hacking and easily manipulating electronics.
Martial Artist/Soldier:
As a member of the Combat Unit, she constantly trains to become stronger and skilled as tactician. She also possess huge physical strenght, wielding a two handed axe as main weapon.
Butterfly Axe Effect:
Her axe swings' secondary effect causes several burns and damage over time, the more the fight lasts, the more difficult it will be to beat her
- King of War: Slasher: The sharp side of her axe produces intense heat, her standard attack.
- King of War: Break Through: The blunt side of her axe can be used for a very destructive but slow attack.
World King Fist:
This skill doubles Lino's attack power, speed, and evasion, but it damages her body.

Radiant Pulse Waves:
Specific mechanic parts in Lino's body and axe proccess energy to amplify the strenght of strikes and movement speed, it's her main source of power, these also allow flight for short periods of time.
Spiral Heat Cannon:
Lino's axe deploys a special cannon capable of destroying an entire block, however, it completely drains her Radiant Pulse Waves.

- Lino's name was improvised by Chesir at random
- Samanta uses Lino's mechanical right arm in War of Existence, she originally lost hers in the battle against Laguna in Path of Humanity.
- Given Lino's popularity after the first release, she was included as playable character in the extended version of War of Existence.
